Good news for Wallington North

Elm Ponds is set for a full makeover, thanks to a successful bid for capital funding by your Liberal Democrat ward councillors working with the Sutton Parks Team.

Over the years, the pond had started to look a little tired. Later this summer, work will begin to give it a new lease of life. The fish will be carefully and humanely relocated while the pond is drained, desilted, and repaired where needed. The project will also restore the much-loved fountain, with all works due for completion by early autumn.
