Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote in yesterday’s election. I am incredibly grateful for your support, encouragement, and trust.

Whether you voted for me, helped during the campaign, delivered leaflets, stood outside polling stations, or simply stopped for a chat on the doorstep — thank you. Local elections are always a team effort, and I never take that support for granted.

It has been a privilege to speak with so many residents over recent weeks about the issues that matter most to our community. I will continue working hard, listening, and doing my very best to represent all residents.

A special thank you as well to the polling station staff, count staff, volunteers, and officers who worked long hours to ensure the election ran smoothly.

After weeks of campaigning, I think we’ve all earned a strong cup of tea and a lie down! ☕😄
